Please complete the repair request and obtain a case number before sending your package. Sending items without notification may result in the package not being accepted or delayed processing.

Please print or handwrite the following information and include it inside the package (it is recommended to also attach a copy inside the inner bag/box):

  • Case number (required)
  • Name, phone number, email
  • Order number/purchase proof
  • Product information (model/size/color)
  • Brief description of the damage

🧼 Packaging and shipping recommendations

  • Please clean and dry the product before sending
  • Use an outer box or protective bag with cushioning materials to prevent secondary damage from pressure during shipping
  • It is recommended to use trackable shipping and keep the shipping receipt/tracking number

💰 Shipping fee policy (important)

  • Outgoing shipping fee: paid by customer
  • Return shipping fee: paid by customer
  • Costs arising from incorrect address, no recipient, refusal of delivery, or reshipment due to return will also be borne by the customer.
