If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using this website.

- You shall properly safeguard your account and password and are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately. For security or reasonable suspicion of fraud/abuse, we may take necessary measures (such as suspending transactions or restricting accounts) without affecting your lawful rights.
4. Ordering, Order Confirmation, and Modification/Cancellation
4.1 Ordering and Stock
- Whether a product is available for purchase and its stock status shall be based on the checkout page and order process display.
- Adding products to the shopping cart does not guarantee reservation; transactions may fail due to stock changes.
4.2 Order Confirmation
After you complete an order, we will provide order information via email or website page. Order confirmation is based on our completion of payment verification and arrangement of shipment (or issuance of shipping notice).
4.3 Modification/Cancellation Before Shipment
- Before shipment, you may contact customer service to request order cancellation or modification of recipient information. We will assist according to the order processing status.
- After shipment, cancellation or modification is generally not possible; for returns, please follow Article 9.
5. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Fees
- Product prices, currency, shipping fees, and taxes shall be based on the checkout page display.
- If shipping outside Taiwan, you may be responsible for import duties, fees, or customs clearance costs according to local regulations (unless explicitly included at checkout).
6. Payment
- Currently, the payment method provided on this website is credit card.
- We use a third-party payment service provider TapPay to assist with payment, refunds, and risk control.
- To maintain transaction security, we may conduct necessary fraud prevention and risk checks. You agree to use lawful and authorized payment methods to complete transactions.
7. Discounts, Promotions, and Events
- Discount codes, promotions, events, and related restrictions shall be based on the event page/product page/checkout page display.
- If there is an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, suspected abuse, or violation of event rules, we may cancel or refuse unreasonable transactions (without affecting your lawful rights).
8. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery methods, shipping fees, and estimated arrival times shall be based on the website description and checkout page display.
- You shall provide correct and deliverable recipient information. Delays, returns, or extra costs caused by incorrect address, no one to sign, refusal to accept, etc., may be borne by you (except where the law prohibits passing on such costs).
9. Returns, Refunds, and Defect Handling
The term "arrival" in these terms refers to the date when logistics show signed receipt/delivery completion or when you actually receive the product (whichever is earlier or can be proven).
The "7-day" period starts from the day of arrival as day 1 (for example: arrival on 1/1, 1/7 is the 7th day).
9.1 General Returns (7 Days)
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may apply for a return within 7 days after arrival. Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product remains brand new and unused, not washed, tags intact, no dirt/odor/wear
- Packaging, tags, accessories, gifts, and shipping documents are complete (if any)
- The product remains in a resalable condition
Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law are not affected by these terms.
9.2 No Returns for Discounted/Clearance Items
If the product page or checkout page clearly marks the product as discounted, clearance, or final sale or other clear non-returnable status, returns or refunds are not accepted except for product defects or wrong shipments as required by law.
9.3 Return Shipping Fees, Return Labels, and Return Methods
- Return shipping fees for general returns are borne by the consumer.
- We may provide return labels for you to send back products; however, these labels do not imply free shipping or cash on delivery.
- Before using the return label, you must pay the return shipping fee by prepayment or self-payment according to our customer service instructions (based on actual shipping costs).
- If you choose to return by other means, you bear the costs and risks (such as loss, delay, or damage).
9.4 Defect/Wrong Shipment Handling (Report Within 7 Days)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact our customer service within 7 days after arrival and provide order information and photo/video evidence. We will provide exchange, reshipment, repair, or refund as appropriate.
9.5 Refund Method and Timing
- Refunds will be returned via the original payment method (credit card refund timing depends on the issuing bank/payment processor).
- We usually process refunds or follow-up actions within a reasonable time after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website (including text, images, videos, designs, trademarks, logos, and layout) is protected by intellectual property laws. Without our prior written consent, reproduction, distribution, public transmission, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability (Within Legal Scope)
- We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of this website and services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to us (such as third-party logistics delays, payment system maintenance, natural disasters) within the limits permitted by law.
- This clause does not affect your consumer rights protected by law.
