With a valid purchase receipt, ZELO can provide paid repair services., a quotation will be given based on the damage condition of the manufactured goods .
Please note that althoughZELO strives to repair the product back to its original condition, but there may still be slight color differences, material and parts differences due to necessary modifications.
Please note thatOn the 1st and 15th of every month, items will be sent back to overseas factories for repair., it will take up to 28 working days or more from the date our repair service team sends the garment to be repaired to process the repair, we will provide this service as quickly as possible.
Clothes not covered by the repair service
We inspect every item of clothing with a defective condition - purchased on zelosportivo.com or at a partner retailer - to determine whether we can repair it. Some damage will be beyond our ability to repair. In a similar way, we basically cannot repair old clothes that have been worn and used for a long time.
